During my thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the friendly staff who offered excellent service and made me feel welcome. the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to explore the city. I also liked the clean, well-stocked bathrooms and the comfortable rooms. the food was tasty, and the cocktails served at the bar were well done and enjoyable.

I disliked the limited activities available within the hotel; there was not much to do apart from sitting in the lobby or visiting the flower garden.

There were some issues with the breakfast service, limited and poor quality food at the lounge, and the price of food was expensive. , we had a problem with our reservation, and it was not communicated correctly, causing some confusion and stress.
